'Does My Race Bother You' Art Piece on Show at Actes trust's Resource Centre

In 2022, as part of the Peer Action Collective – a national-level social action project involving 6,000 young people aimed at exploring themes that underpin youth violence, Actes Trust have worked alongside an external artist to produce a powerful art piece titled ‘Does My Race Bother You?'

The powerful piece was designed to capture the experiences of local young people who have unfortunately encountered racism and to better educate people on the negative impact racist remarks and comments can have on young people today.

We are delighted that this important work is now proudly on display in the reception at our Resource Centre.
